Infosys gained 0.28 percent at USD 49.82.
In the banking space, HDFC Bank advanced 2.4 percent at USD 33.69
ICICI Bank was up 0.85 percent at USD 33.06.
In the other sectors, Sterlite Industries added 1.39 percent at USD 5.10
Tata Motors slipped 0.37 percent at USD 23.95.
