South Korea’s Seoul Composite gained 0.46 percent or 8.66 points at 1,908.55.
Taiwan’s Taiwan Weighted added 0.56 percent or 45.11 points at 8,129.61.
China’s Shanghai Composite was flat at 1,977.82.
Hong Kong’s Hang Seng was flat at 21,862.15.
