Asian shares stabilised on Thursday after two days of steep losses
Hong Kong’s Hang Seng rose 0.36 percent or 77.77 points at 21,602.42.
Japan’s Nikkei added 0.57 percent or 76.61 points at 13,415.07.
Singapore’s Straits Times rose 0.83 percent or 24.82 points at 3,029.
South Korea’s Seoul Composite gained 1.23 percent or 23.24 points at 1,907.76.
Taiwan’s Taiwan Weighted advanced 0.92 percent or 72.13 points at 7,896.67.
China’s Shanghai Composite was flat at 2,102.18.
